I was rearended by a Mac Truck. I was shook up but not hurt. Elected to be dropped off at the hospital personally. After supplying the responsible parties info to the hospital which was ignored I was billed for a substancial bill which was not my fault. After calling the insurance company of the responsible party nothing was done. I called Mogy law firm and the problem was solved. I am very greatful for Mogy Law and have learned a valuable lesson about car accidents. If your going to the hospital take the ambulance at the scene and call Mogy right away to get them on your side.

I got into a wreck, hit from behind with my daughter in the car. We were about to leave for the beach. 2days after Mogy Law jumped right in. They were the 1st I spoke with and promised the best return in settlements. The guy I spoke to was really cool and energetic with info, medical attention and even a gas card for certain inconveniences!!!
